Use the directory at your own discretion

Toolveyor is an informational directory. Listings may draw on public information and user submissions. We do not promise that a listing, price, feature, link, review, or comparison is accurate, complete, current, safe, or suitable for you. Verify important details with the product provider before signing up, buying, or relying on a product. Your decisions and dealings with other websites are your responsibility. A listing is not an endorsement, guarantee, or professional advice.

Accounts and submissions

You are responsible for activity under your account and for the accuracy and legality of what you submit. Do not infringe others' rights, impersonate anyone, post harmful content, misuse the site, or interfere with its operation. You must have the rights needed to submit any text, image, or other material. You keep your rights in your material and give Toolveyor a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, edit, display, and promote it in connection with the directory. If you submit for a business, you confirm that you are authorized to do so.

Submission does not guarantee publication, placement, traffic, or continued inclusion. We may edit, categorize, reject, suspend, or remove content or accounts at our discretion, subject to applicable law. Product names and material belonging to others remain their owners' property. If you believe a listing is inaccurate or infringes your rights, email us the page URL and details of the issue so we can review it.

Third parties and paid features

Linked products and websites are independent of Toolveyor. Their terms, prices, security, and conduct are their responsibility. Toolveyor may earn money from advertising, featured placements, or referral links; see our disclosure. If we offer a paid feature, its price and purchase terms will be shown before payment. Any mandatory consumer rights still apply.

Availability and liability

We may change or stop any part of the site. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the site is provided “as is” and “as available,” without a warranty of accuracy, availability, or fitness for a particular purpose. Toolveyor and its operator are not responsible for losses caused by inaccurate listings, unavailable services, or third-party products. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability for a claim relating to Toolveyor is limited to the greater of US$100 or what you paid us for the relevant service in the preceding 12 months. Nothing here excludes liability or rights that applicable law does not allow us to exclude.

If you submit material for a business, you agree, to the extent permitted by law, to reimburse reasonable losses and costs from claims that your submission violated the law or another person's rights, except to the extent caused by our own actions.
